The pandemic has slowed down BWTS and scrubber retrofits worldwide. Albion Marine is pleased to report that the crisis did not affect the support provided to our clients. Our local site teams continue to render engineering, site supervision, project management and troubleshooting services. Albion Marine Team Updates April (2)

Albion Marine is involved in the VOC (Vessel of Concern) program and was appointed by the Coast Guard and Fisheries of Canada to carry out an inspection. A few weeks ago, our team attended three vessels, all located in remote areas of Ontario. The scope of inspection included: verification of condition for hull and machinery, carry out estimated, inventory of hazardous material onboard and a proposal of posible means of disposal. All went quite well despite harsh weather conditions with temperatures changing from -19 to 5 degrees within few hours and most of the areas covered in ice and snow.
