Glass Fiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) Pipe: Albion Marine Solutions is a major supplier of GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) pipes, for vessel retrofitting projects and ensure the successful delivery of pipes for marine ballast water treatment and scrubber installations on vessels. Albion Marine Solutions specializes in turn-key solutions for GRE pipe supplies, pre-fabrication, engineering designs, installation, and commissioning. Glass fiber reinforced epoxy (GRE) pipe systems are the only anti-corrosion solution. Because of its excellent corrosion resistance against seawater, various solvents, and chemicals and its low weight and low cost compared to steel alloys, it is the material of choice for onboard ships.

  

 

Valves: A valve is a mechanism that opens, closes, or partially obstructs numerous passages to regulate, direct, or control the flow of a fluid (gases, liquids, fluidized solids, or slurries). Albion is a rapidly growing manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of ball valves, butterfly valves, globe control valves, globe valves, check valves, and gate valves. Ball Valve: A ball valve is a flow control device that controls liquid flow through a hollow, perforated, pivoting ball. It is open when the ball's hole is aligned with the flow entrance, and it is closed when the valve handle is pivoted 90 degrees, obstructing the flow. When the valve is open, the handle is flat in line with the flow, and when it is closed, it is perpendicular to it, allowing for easy visual confirmation of the valve's position.

Butterfly Valves: Butterfly Valves, also known as "rotating discs," reduce or stop flow in a pipe. The disc, or "wafer," pivots on a central axle connected to a handle or other control device located outside the valve. Fluids flow freely around the thin disc when positioned parallel to the flow direction. As the disc rotates, it consumes more and more of the diameter, suffocating the flow. At 90 degrees, the disc seals against seats in the valve body, effectively stopping the flow. Butterfly valves are commonly used in large volumes of gases or liquids moving at relatively low pressures.    
Globe valves: Albion Marine Solutions provides a wide range of globe valves in various construction materials, with versatility and adjustment to meet a wide range of specifications. Globe valves use throttling and isolation to stop, start, and regulate flow within a pipeline. These valves can be used in marine ballast systems, heating and air conditioning, water distribution and treatment, and other applications.  

 

Automated Ball valve: Pneumatic Actuators (Double acting or single acting) and various accessories are provided for on-off or control duty applications. The valve Units are supplied duly mounted, Hooked & Calibrated with pneumatic actuators & accessories. Automated valves flail close/open / stay put conditions are achieved using various accessories. With Double acting actuators for fail/open/close requirements, volume tanks are supplied along with actuators.

Power & Control Cables: Electrical energy is transmitted and distributed using power cables. Control cables are used to control electrical equipment and various automatic and wire control circuit cables. Albion Marine can supply a wide range of single or multicore power cables (1.5 mm2 to 630 mm2) and multicore control cables up to 61 cores (1.0 mm2 to 2.5 mm2) with IEC 603321 and IEC 60332322 (Cat. A) standard which is fireproof, low smoke and halogen-free.

Communication Cable (CAT 5E): Communication Cable (CAT 5E): Four -pair excessive overall performance cable includes twisted pair conductors, used primarily for facts transmission. Category 5E helps a frequency variety of 100MHz and is designed for transmission speeds of up to at least one gigabit consistent with a second (Gigabit Ethernet).

Instrumentation cables: Instrumentation cables are specifically designed to carry signals without external interference. They are used in data acquisition systems, instrument interconnects, computer networks, public address systems, digital/analog control/measurement, and communication systems. Albion Marine Solutions can provide a wide range of instrument cables like multicore cable, 2-pair cable, triple cable, quad cable (size -0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.5 Sq. mm) with IEC 603321 and IEC 60332322 (Cat. A) standard and all the cables are fireproof, low smoke and halogen-free.

  

 

Electric Panels: Albion Marine Solutions has completed the design, fabrication and procurement of BWTS Main Distribution. Albion team manufacture and supplies Custom control panels which are packaged solutions to meet specific requirements that may include a combination of control systems, power systems, MCCs, instrumented systems, and monitoring systems. The scope will dictate the custom control panel's shape, size, and category. We can submit a package for your approval that typically includes mechanical panel drawings, electrical drawings, a bill of materials, data sheets and specifications for major components, control logic, and details.  

 

 Chemicals : For Ballast Water treatment systems employing electro-chlorination or direct chlorination, Albion Marine offers OEM specified neutralizers to reduce active chlorine levels prior to ballast water discharge. Albion has the following water treatment products to de-chlorinate ballast water prior to discharge to the environment.
