Albion Marine Singapore is looking for an experienced Senior Marine Automation Engineer to program, commission, communicate, and deliver the technical services of shipboard automation systems.

Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marine automation, including boilers, gas combustion units, scrubbers, BWTS, incinerators, and other equipment.
- Must have knowledge of working in marine/ offshore industries.
- Knowledge of Classification society rules, codes and standards, and international marine rules and regulations.
- Ability to lead complex projects and work with clients.
Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and check engineering documents. (Design documents, User Guide, Test documents).
- Lead design, development, implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of automation systems from conceptual through preliminary and detailed design, fabrication, assembly, production test, validation test as well as site installation, start-up test, and commissioning.
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of boiler automation, GCU, BWTS, EGS and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and procedures to extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize combustion efficiency and minimize emissions.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on scrubber systems to maintain compliance with emission standards.
- Manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of incinerator units, ensuring compliance with waste disposal regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and third-party inspectors during audits and inspections.
- Provide training to maintenance and operations teams on best practices, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques for the specified systems.
