Albion Marine Solutions Ltd is pleased to warm welcome Dr. Anowarul Bashar, PEng, as our new Director of Engineering. Dr. Bashar has Bachelor, Masters and Ph.D. all three degrees are in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He invented a New FE Theory named Numerical Weight Function Method (NWFM), parallel to ANSYS, in the domain marine and structural world, developed computer programs to solve critical problems, applied significantly by saving a lot of computer resources, included in university syllabus and honored with Gold Medal. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer. He has worked in ABS HQ, IRS HQ as Authorized Signatory, in a Public Sector Dockyard as 2nd in Command and successfully dealt with seven concurrent Coast Guard Vessels comprising of 100m$. While working in NOV HQ he has successfully accomplished Hebron Projects in NL, Canada. Dr. Bashar brings to Albion his rich and vast 26+ years of professional, engineering, leadership and managerial experience in solving various types of real life problems in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. His aim is to develop Albion Marine Solutions’ level into the Best of the Best (BOB) multi-discipline engineering and project management team in Marine World.
