Albion Marine Solutions provides global project management, engineering, consultancy, and conversion services to maritime and offshore industries.

The NDT Technician will require extensive travel within Canada, the USA, Asia, and Europe.

Requirements:

  •          Degree in non-destructive testing, marine, marine, material engineering, or naval architecture
  •         3+ years of related field experience
  •          Excellent project management skills
  •          Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •          Enterprise-level computer platform experience, including MS Office  
  •          Must possess the qualifications of an NDT Technician
  •         Must possess the minimum of Level II for: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Magnetic Testing (MT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT)
  •      Performs and completes NDT vessel inspections in compliance with client, industry, and company standards and policies.
  •         Prepares and completes all necessary paperwork to comply with client, industry, and company standards and policies.
  •         Ensures all equipment is set up, calibrated, and functional at all times in alignment with client and company procedures.
  •         Applies testing criteria per applicable specifications for conventional and advanced NDT methods.
  •         Proactively provides feedback to the Lead regarding findings, quality & quantity.
  •          Perform their daily duties as assigned by a Lead.
  •          Must be able to effectively carry out the position's duties with minimum supervision.
